Wholesale price list
Farm price-book rates where set; otherwise the regional survey estimate. Confirmed on your order.
What is this, and what goes with it?
Photograph a flower a customer brought in. We'll name it, or pick out what we're growing that would sit with it. Your wholesale prices, and whether it's cut and ready.
Or just describe it
"Purple things." "Interesting greenery." "Something for a funeral on the 14th." We'll match it against what we grow and against the recipe book below.
Recipe book
Arrangements built around what this farm grows, with the stem counts worked out. Pick one and we'll turn it into an order for as many as you're making, and tell you straight what we can't cover.
Recipe
Build your own
Your own arrangement, costed against what we actually have for your date. Start from nothing, from a description, or from one of our recipes. It stays in your book and nobody else sees it.
Used to tag it, and to draft one for you if you ask.
What goes in it
My recipes
The ones you built. Open one to price it for a new date, or to add it to an order.
Order from live availability
What's cut-ready for your date, at your wholesale price. Quantities are held against actual bed capacity.
My orders
What you owe
Everything still open on the farm's books: portal orders and anything bought on account on a delivery run. This is the same figure the farm sees, so you can settle from it or query it.
Coming from the field
Projected cutting windows from what's actually in the ground.
What we can grow to order
General request
Not sure of the exact flower? Tell us the vibe ("orange colored stuff," "interesting greenery," "something moody for October") and we'll see what the field can do.
Request a crop for a date
Pick a flower and the date you need it. We check it against production time and the growing season in Bellingham, WA (indoor winter starts and caterpillar tunnels included) before it reaches Joan or Tyler.
Standing orders
The same flowers, every week, without lifting a finger: we generate the order automatically a few days ahead. Skip a week or pause any time. New standing orders are confirmed by Joan or Tyler first.

Open subscriptions
Paid, weekly bouquet subscriptions waiting for a florist to claim and produce them. First to claim gets it. You're paid the wholesale rate per delivery, tracked separately from what you owe us.
My CSA bouquets
Subscriptions you've claimed. Deliveries are generated automatically and appear in your orders like any other.
What we owe you
Payouts for CSA deliveries you've completed. Kept apart from your own balance on purpose: this is our debt to you, and netting the two would hide whichever is smaller.
